Exterior Design
The Dual-Action Tailgate flips down like any tailgate but it also swings to the side to allow for easy loading/unloading of the items in the bed and Lockable In-Bed Trunk. Performance and Powertrains
The high-output 24-valve, 3.5-liter VTEC V-6 engine produces 250 hp and an equally impressive 247 lb-ft of torque, putting the Ridgeline performance on a par with some V-8 trucks. Yet it still has one of the highest-mileage and lowest-emissions ratings in its class.
The VTM-4 system operates automatically. But when you need to start off in extreme low-traction conditions, such as when stopped in mud, on ice or in loose gravel, the VTM-4Lock lets you manually lock the rear differential to help get you moving. And it will stay manually locked up to 18 mph in both forward and reverse gears.
Security
Standard on every Ridgeline, available at Griffith Honda is a complement of advanced safety systems to help keep you out of trouble and in command. Vehicle Stability Assist (VSA) with Traction Control helps sense oversteer or understeer and then adjusts brake pressure at each wheel and/or reduces engine power to help restore driver control and keep you on course.
Beefy 4-wheel anti-lock disc brakes (ABS), along with Brake Assist, allows full braking force for authoritative stopping. And for better road composure, the Electronic Brake Distribution (EBD) helps balance braking forces, and the Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) alerts the driver when a tire’s air pressure reaches a significantly low level.
